Friends of NMMS Art Competition

The  Friends of National Mining Museum Scotland launched an art competition in March 2017.  It was open to all P6 and P7 pupils at Primary Schools across Midlothian and round 100 entries were received!  The artwork was displayed in the museum’s Special Exhibition Gallery over the Easter holidays.

Three winners were selected by a panel of judges, as follows:

1st place – Rory Scott from Sacred Heart Primary  (Artwork to be inserted here)

2nd place – Ella Annor from St Andrews Primary (Artwork to be inserted here)

3rd place – Vince Mas from Sacred Heart Primary (Artwork to be inserted here)

All three winners will received a delux art set and will have their artwork displayed on the Friends’ new pop up banner.
